Update: End of the 2008 Legislative Session
You'll see that we changed the name of our website after the 2008 legislative session to reflect the expanded scope of our proposed legislation to include soil and wetland scientist certification
and to reflect the conversion of our bill from a practices act to a title act.
Due to some editing work needed on the new draft of our Title Act bill to respond to comments from supporters, we will NOT be seeking a hearing in committee during the 2008 session, but will be back for the 2009 session. Read more...
